In 1946, Timmins did several ads for the soft drink Squirt.  The ads ran in Collier’s, the Saturday Evening Post, and other major magazines during the summer.  Timmins did not design Lil’ Squirt, the product mascot – the mascot was introduced in 1941.  These Squirt ads represent the last Timmins ad illustrations that I’ve found.  I find them to be delightfully nostalgic.
